【摘要】:1ThispartofIEC61508containsinformationandguidelinesonIEC61508-2andIEC61508-3.-AnnexAgivesabriefoverviewoftherequirementsofIEC61508-2andIEC61508-3andsetsoutthefunctionalstepsintheirapplication.-AnnexBgivesanexampletechniqueforcalculatingtheprobabilitiesofhardwarefailureandshouldbereadinconjunctionwith7.4.3andannexCofIEC61508-2andannexD.-AnnexCgivesaworkedexampleofcalculatingdiagnosticcoverageandshouldbereadinconjunctionwithannexCofIEC61508-2.-AnnexDgivesamethodologyforquantifyingtheeffectofhardware-relatedcommoncausefailuresontheprobabilityoffailure.-AnnexEgivesworkedexamplesoftheapplicationofthesoftwaresafetyintegritytablesspecifiedinannexAofIEC61508-3forsafetyintegritylevels2and3.2IEC61508-1,IEC61508-2,IEC61508-3andIEC61508-4arebasicsafetypublications,althoughthisstatusdoesnotapplyinthecontextoflowcomplexityE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystems(see3.4.4ofIEC61508-4).Asbasicsafetypublications,theyareintendedforusebytechnicalcommitteesinthepreparationofstandardsinaccordancewiththeprinciplescontainedinIECGuide104andIEC/ISOGuide51.IEC61508isalsointendedforuseasastand-alonestandard.3Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.Inthiscontext,therequirements,testmethodsortestconditionsofthisbasicsafetypublicationdonotapplyunlessspecificallyreferredtoorincludedinthepublicationspreparedbythosetechnicalcommittees.NOTEIntheUSAandCanada,untiltheproposedprocesssectorimplementationofIEC61508(i.e.IEC61511)ispublishedasaninternationalstandard,existingnationalprocesssafetystandardsbasedonIEC61508(i.e.ANSI/ISAS84.01-1996)canbeappliedtotheprocesssectorinsteadofIEC61508.4Figure1showstheoverallframeworkforparts1to7ofthisstandardandindicatestherolethatIEC61508-6playsintheachievementoffunctionalsafetyforE/E/PEsafety-relatedsystems.
