【摘要】:ThispartofISO14529specifiesthemethodsofpreparationoftestspecimensandthetestmethodstobeusedindeterminingthepropertiesofmelamine/phenolicpowdermouldingcompounds(MP-PMCs).Requirementsforhandlingtestmaterialandforconditioningboththetestmaterialbeforemouldingandthespecimensbeforetestingaregivenhere.Proceduresandconditionsforthepreparationoftestspecimensandproceduresformeasuringpropertiesofthematerialsfromwhichthesespecimensaremadearegiven.PropertiesandtestmethodswhicharesuitableandnecessarytocharacterizePMCsarelisted.ThepropertieshavebeenselectedfromthegeneraltestmethodsinISO10350-1.Othertestmethodsinwideusefor,orofparticularsignificanceto,PMCsarealsoincludedinthispartofISO14529,asarethedesignatorypropertiesfoundinISO14529-1.Inordertoobtainreproducibleandcomparabletestresults,itisnecessarytousethemethodsofpreparationandconditioning,thespecimendimensionsandthetestproceduresspecifiedherein.Valuesdeterminedwillnotnecessarilybeidenticaltothoseobtainedusingspecimensofdifferentdimensionsorpreparedusingdifferentprocedures.
